The Irish Aberdeen-Angus Producer Group was formed in 1995 by 6 Angus breeders with the aim of
co-ordinating the production and marketing of their unique product on the Irish market.
To date, the group has grown from those six original members to almost 3,000 family farms producing
quality Irish Angus cattle of a unique standard that has driven sales of this exceptional beef to a level
above and beyond anything the original founders could have dreamed.
